All started with an illustration inspired by an orange - crowned warbler and later I made it come to life by carving it directly onto silver.
I made the warblers mirror each other, added a black patina oxidation and carved some little details to create a light and dark contrast.
2 ethically sourced Peruvian chrysocollas hang gracefully from the bottom of each bird.
The earrings dangle from handmade hook ear wires that will come with safety backs and are made out of 950 silver that has been oxidized to make all the details pop, buffed for a soft satin finish and made with lots of love, heart and attention to detail.
 
These birds hang 2" from the ear wire.
